Metro Professional Services has been providing support for the 355th Civil Engineering Squadron at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. We have been providing Program Management and Engineering Support services.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The 355th CES is an Active Duty unit and the Program Management and Engineering Support position will help manage, coordinate and provide expert engineering, integration, project management, space management, survivability, endurability sustainment and readiness for facilities, equipment and infrastructure that includes a data center, operational centers, Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) protected spaces, administrative spaces, central and remote utility plants, in addition to select facility equities outside Command, Control and Communications Training Facilities as required for support of the training mission.
The mission of the program management and engineering support specialist is to provide project management and engineer design phase and construction services for several DMAFB building 74/75 and connected peripheral equipment projects to include the maintenance and sustainment of the Mission Equipment Shelter (MES) and Power Generation Station (PGS). Projects are typically associated with a wide variety of architectural, engineering, utility facets and distribution systems which interface with other technical specializations and are typically characterized by a combination of complex features. Facilities involved are used to carry out a variety of operations and/or used by a number of different activities including operations and maintenance (O&M), non-appropriated fund (NAF), special interest programs including Energy Conservation Initiative Program (ECIP), host tenant, real property and non-real property maintenance by contract (RPMC) and/or military construction (MILCON) programs/projects.
EDUCATION:
Associates Degree from accredited college or university
EXPERIENCE:
Skills/Technical Knowledge/Experience. The contractor must have a minimum of eight (8) or more years of experience required with skillsets, but not limited to the following: Facilitation and meeting preparation, acquisition support, project analysis, risk management, funding management and budget, project management, engineering and design support, field drawings, and cost estimation involving facility planning thru design phases.
Must have or be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
