Air Combat Command A2 ISR Enterprise Support

Metro Professional Services and their teaming partners are going after the Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Enterprise Support contract with positions at various locations.  Our efforts, if we win this contract, will provide ACC and subordinate organizations with ISR expertise, services, and support to analyze emerging threats, and provide capabilities to combat these threats.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

All Source Analyst provides direct support in specific areas, including national cryptologic, IT, cyber, ISR, tactical analysis, Commander support, and national-to-tactical signals intelligence. This position will support the customer with the execution of global full spectrum ISR operations. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Geospatial Analyst provides direct support in specific areas, including national cryptologic, IT, cyber, ISR, tactical analysis, Commander support, and national-to-tactical signals intelligence. This position will support the customer with the execution of global full spectrum ISR operations. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Intelligence Planner provides direct support in specific areas, including national cryptologic, IT, cyber, ISR, tactical analysis, Commander support, and national-to-tactical signals intelligence. This position will support the customer with the execution of global full spectrum ISR operations.
There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Weapons Systems Analyst provides direct support in specific areas, including national cryptologic, IT, cyber, ISR, tactical analysis, Commander support, and national-to-tactical signals intelligence. This position will support the customer with the execution of global full spectrum ISR operations. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Analytic Facilitator provides support for ACC Directorate Organizing, Training, and Equipping (OT&E) responsibilities as well as overall ISR OT&E responsibilities. This position supports A2 lead command and lead MAJCOM responsibilities for analysis, targeting, and collections, using various intelligence disciplines. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Business Process Specialist provides installation support to more than 50 associate units and ensures security for ISR, EN, treaty verification facilities and systems located worldwide, including the National Airborne Operations Center. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Data Scientist provides installation support to more than 50 associate units and ensures security for ISR, EN, treaty verification facilities and systems located worldwide, including the National Airborne Operations Center. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Intelligence Management Specialist provides installation support to more than 50 associate units and ensures security for ISR, EN, treaty verification facilities and systems located worldwide, including the National Airborne Operations Center. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

ORSA provides installation support to more than 50 associate units and ensures security for ISR, EN, treaty verification facilities and systems located worldwide, including the National Airborne Operations Center. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Program Manager provides installation support to more than 50 associate units and ensures security for ISR, EN, treaty verification facilities and systems located worldwide, including the National Airborne Operations Center. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst provides installation support to more than 50 associate units and ensures security for ISR, EN, treaty verification facilities and systems located worldwide, including the National Airborne Operations Center. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Special Security Technician provides installation support to more than 50 associate units and ensures security for ISR, EN, treaty verification facilities and systems located worldwide, including the National Airborne Operations Center. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Targeting Analyst conducts operations in 4 core mission areas: analysis for air, space and cyber operations; full spectrum targeting; special operations ISR; and ISR testing, tactics development, and advanced training to the warfighter. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Collection Manager provides direct support in specific areas, including national cryptologic, IT, cyber, ISR, tactical analysis, Commander support, and national-to-tactical signals intelligence. This position will support the customer with the execution of global full spectrum ISR operations. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Knowledge Manager provides direct support in specific areas, including national cryptologic, IT, cyber, ISR, tactical analysis, Commander support, and national-to-tactical signals intelligence. This position will support the customer with the execution of global full spectrum ISR operations. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Analyst conducts operations in four core mission areas: analysis for air, space and cyber operations; full spectrum targeting; special operations ISR; and ISR testing, tactics development, and advanced training to the warfighter. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

Graphics Developer/Designer supports mission integration of the AF’s Information Warfare at operational and tactical levels through multisource intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, cyber and electronic warfare, and information operations capabilities across the conflict continuum. There are different levels of this position such as Junior, Mid, Senior, and Expert, and the positions are at various bases.

The bases for this contract where the work will be done are Beale AFB, Offutt AFB, Ft. Meade, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Lackland AFB, Nellis AFB, Cannon AFB, Creech AFB, Davis-Monthan AFB, Eglin AFB, Goodfellow AFB, Hill AFB, Hurlburt Field, Moody AFB, Mountain Home AFB, Peterson AFB, Seymour Johnson AFB, Shaw AFB, Tinker AFB, Tyndall AFB, and Will Rogers Air National Guard Base.

EDUCATION:

The education requirements vary for each position from an Associate's Degree to a Master's Degree. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) provides specific education requirements.

All positions require a minimal active DoD Secret clearance to a Top Secret SCI clearance. The PWS also explains the clearances needed for each specific position.
